Your order is shipped from Japan, taxes and duties that may apply outside of Japan would cost you separately from product price and shipping costs.

 

We Ship USA and CANADA at the moment;

Within 2-3 working days from your purchase.

Summer and Winter vacation are announced on our Homepage and SNS, please check.

To USA normally take 10days after shipment by International packet.

To Canada normally takes 4-5 days after shipment by EMS.

 

-Due to unforeseen circumstances over international delivery, the shipment costs are changing often, and we offer the shipment price of Japanese post.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of the products, we are not to accept the return of the products which package are opened, however you could claim by contacting us to get refunds.

If any flaw, we would ask you to send us pictures. We would welcome any feedback.

The products are carefully packaged, and we are not going to accept the flaw on the package for return, exchange and refunds.

If it is of your own reason, such as misunderstanding or wrong purchase, we would only refund the cost of products, after receiving the products.

You have 10 calendar days to claim return/refund or exchange products from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, keeping the original package as it is. 

 

On top of the direct environmental impacts of shipping, We would like you to consider and reflect this when making purchases.

To process a return

When you need to make a return, please arrange the delivery by yourself, and make sure to send it with track numbered delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
